I'm not angry as I write this, but it has been a trying evening. Over 24 hours in advance, I scheduled an appointment to have a home HVAC system assessed (because it's currently under contract to be bought/sold). The home is unoccupied. The time of the appointment came and went, and all told, we waited 3.5 hours (in a home unfurnished, that neither I nor my clients own, and I even had to make a fast-food run because we were so hungry during the dinner-time wait)--still no technician came. Again and again, we were told, "Someone is coming." Finally when a technician did call and offer to come, he was 40 minutes away and said he had only just received notification. There is a major communication break down. At one point we were told that even though the appointment time was set for 4pm, the technician could show up at any time. Then, why were we given the opportunity to choose a time? And why didn't the confirmation email tell us that time wouldn't be honored? I will not be recommending this company to clients again.

I had another company come out to service my furnace. I then called The Plumbing & Air Service Co to get a second opinion. Tony Moreno-Driggs came out; assessed my furnace and gave me options for repair. He was very professional in his assessment, explained procedure for repairs or replacement in easy-to-understand language. Visit was pleasant and informative!!! Scheduled next day appointment for financing and equipment replacement. Would recommend this company to everyone.

On October 28, 2024, we initiated a contract for various plumbing upgrades and repairs. This company was quick to take a deposit and ultimately, payment in full without the job being fully completed (yeah my bad). As of Dec 1, still not completed. Their scheduling is awful, their commitment to do the job is non-existent and their communication is very poor. I encourage everyone to consider anyone but this company.

They said I needed a minimum of $3000 worth of work to get the heat up and running. And ultimately I needed a whole new unit for $15,000. I called another company who fixed the heat for $345 on the spot.

Our AC broke and we were told the unit had to be replaced. The tech also damaged part of our equipment. We had a different company fix our system which runs fine now. The reps from this company also try to upsale and push costly services that are not necessary with every interaction.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

This is a company that gives other contractors a bad name. Terrible business practices. Tried charging me 385.00 to replace a 10.00 run capacitor in my heat pump. I understand the need to make a profit, maybe my first clue was them sending 3 men instead of just one.

Dear P & A Svce. Thank you for repairing our toilet. From what we can see it is fixed and no longer wobbling. Both of the young servicemen were very kind, helpful and informative. We appreciate their hard work. I would like to point out that while working they leaned on the wall and left dirty handprints, please see the pictures.
